Our Ancestral blend is ground in house , it is a mix of 90% ground beef to 10% nutrient dense organ meat like liver and heart. It is a great way to add vitamins and minerals to your diet! We like to use it in tacos and recipe's with a lot of spices if you or your family will not be used to the flavor at first.
